Troubleshooting

If you are having any issues with your Wet-Stop3, we suggest you try these steps first:

  • Replace batteries (Duracell or Energizer brand recommended). Do not use rechargeable batteries. Be sure to insert batteries as shown on unit.
  • Wipe sensor (gold piece) clean with rubbing alcohol or soap and water.
  • If your alarm is still not working properly, remove the batteries and check the moisture indicator. This is located on the floor of the alarm under the switch for vibrate/alarm. It is a small rectangular sticker. It should be white. If it has turned pink or red, there is wetness inside and the unit will need to be replaced.
